Nafas by Noor ships worldwide from the United Arab Emirates via Aramex. All duties and import taxes are collected at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Delivery times

 

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GST) are dispatched the same working day for Dubai. Orders placed after that time, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery times are counted from dispatch.

Shipping costs

Free delivery across the GCC on all orders above AED 500.

For orders below AED 500, and for all international destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You will see the full cost before you pay.

Duties and import taxes

All applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. Your order arrives with nothing further to pay. There are no unexpected charges on delivery, and no parcel will be held pending payment.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves us. Every parcel is dispatched with tracked delivery.

Restrictions

Fine fragrance is classified as a regulated good for air transport, and a small number of destinations cannot be served. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you and refund your order in full.

If something goes wrong

Every bottle is checked by hand, wrapped, and sealed before it leaves us. If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, write to us and we will make it right.
