Eligibility Window: You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your delivery.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your perfume must remain completely sealed, unused, and in its pristine original packaging. Unsealed or used cosmetic products cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility (Nafas Trading L.L.C, The Bayswater by Omniyat, Dubai, UAE), approved refunds will be credited seamlessly to your original payment method.
